Sick leave and health certificates.
As part of a visit we can issue a sick-leave certificate for a period of illness, as well as health certificates for official purposes — for example for an employer, a university or an institution.
In accordance with the law, we issue health certificates only after an examination — in person or as a teleconsultation. We prepare the document based on a current assessment of your condition and the available medical records.
If some time has passed since the last visit, an additional appointment may be needed to issue the document. Certificates that do not concern your current state of health (for example about the medicines you take or about a diagnosis) can be issued for up to 3 months after the last visit, for a fee.
